We are so thrilled for your consideration to book a hat party with us.

Custom hats are a fun and unique way to celebrate a bachelorette party, baby shower, corporate party, birthday, holiday party or just because. We will bring the hats and accessories to help y'all create fun hats for any occasion.
We service Arizona and beyond.

 

VIRTUAL TRUCKER HAT BAR:

The Single (1 person) - Build a hat with one of our stylists via FaceTime! A virtual hat consultation will be scheduled with a professional hat stylist. You will select from the hats, designs, and chains available to create your one of a kind custom trucker hat.

  • $20 deposit is required.
  • After your virtual session, we will ship your hat to you within 2-3 business days once full payment has processed on your custom hat build. Hats typically arrive within 5-7 business days after shipping.
  • Hat shipping is free on virtual hat only. 

PARTY/EVENT PACKAGES:

All parties we bring hats, patches, accesories, and a complete hat bar set up to help you create one of a kind hats for any occasion. We can custom accesories to tailor to your event.

    TRAVEL TIME:

    Booked parties must be within 60 miles of 85653 area code or additional fuel charge will be required.

      WHAT’S INCLUDED:

      • Hat stylist will contact you 7-14 days before your event to setup customizations and details about your event. Including specific patches or transfers for your event. Your event theme or any other special requests.
      • Complete Hat Bar setup with decor and accessories will be included. We can create custom accesories to tailor to your event!
      Cancellation Policy: 
      The Client is entitled to a full refund in the event that he/she cancels 7 days before the beginning of the event. In the event that the Client cancels less than 7 days before the beginning of the event, he/she will not be entitled to a refund. A contract will be sent at the time of booking.  
      Deposit: 
      Within 48 hours of The Rowdy Society receiving a signed agreement, the customer must pay a 50% deposit of The Rowdy Society products and services. The event is not guaranteed until the deposit is paid. The deposit ensures that all hats and custom accessories are ordered for the event.
      Balance:
      The customer shall pay the remaining fee, as well as any applicable taxes, at least seven days prior to the event. If the final payment is not paid at least seven days prior to the event, The Rowdy Society may cancel the agreement and decline to provide our Mobile Hat Bar services.
      *If additional hours or product are incurred on-site, our stylists will collect that payment during the event.
