This listing is for a 20 OZ personalized stainless steel tumbler with “WILD WEST”  that has been glittered and sealed with multiple layers of epoxy. The epoxy will encase all glitter, decals and details for a smooth glasslike finish so there is no worry about the glitter or decals peeling off.

---- TUMBLER CARE INSTRUCTIONS ----

With proper care these tumblers will last many years.
♥ Gentle hand wash only, no soaking! Neither the tumblers nor the epoxy is dishwasher safe!
♥ Do not microwave. They are metal tumblers under the glitter and epoxy.
♥ Do not expose to extreme heat - this includes leaving in a hot car.
♥ If dropped the epoxy may crack or shatter. I cannot be responsible for damage (even accidental) caused by the customer... however, if you do damage your tumbler, feel free to reach out to me .. for a small fee, I may be able to fix it.

Due to the custom nature of these items, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges. The only exception to this is if I have made a mistake on your order.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY, within 24 hours of delivery so that I can assist you. If there was an error made on my behalf, the tumbler must be returned and inspected, this also must be done within 24 hours of delivery. I am not responsible for scratched, dropped or mishandling of your tumbler. I am also not responsible for lost or damaged packages but if this occurs, please reach out and I will assist in any way I can.

Allow 2-3 weeks till ship date. In most cases, I get tumblers done and shipped before that time frame.

All items are customized by hand ... that means they are not machine made. The general processing time for our epoxy tumblers is 2-3 weeks. If you need your item by a specific date, please message me separately about this.
